Who we are
BookAirAmb is a medical flight coordination company. We organise air ambulance missions, commercial-flight medical escorts and complete bed-to-bed transfers for patients who need to reach the right hospital quickly and safely.
Every mission is planned by a flight coordinator together with a medical director: the aircraft, the crew, the equipment, the ground ambulances on both ends and the paperwork that lets the flight depart on time.

Operations
Behind every medical flight is a stack of approvals, slots and vehicles that all have to line up on the same clock. That coordination is the work we do.
Our operations desk runs the mission from the moment a case is accepted: the permits that let the aircraft cross each border, the slot at both airports, the handling agent, the fuel, the oxygen quantity signed off by the medical director, and the two ambulances waiting on the apron. Nothing is left to be sorted out on the day.
