BookAirAmb operates this website in order to receive medical flight requests and to contact the people who send them. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Booking and contact requests. The name, email address and telephone number you enter, together with the route, the preferred date and any patient information you choose to provide, including the patient's name, age and medical condition.
Browser calls. When you use the call button on this site, audio is transmitted directly between your browser and the operator's browser. We do not record these calls. A short technical record of the connection may be retained for diagnostics.
Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) generated by our hosting provider.
Why we collect it
To prepare a quote, to arrange the flight and the medical crew, to contact you about your request, and to keep the records that aviation and medical transport rules require. We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in operating the service.
Health information
Medical details you send us are sensitive personal data. We ask for them only where they are needed to decide the aircraft, the crew and the equipment. They are visible only to the coordinators and medical staff working on your case, and to the operators and receiving hospital involved in the mission.
Who else sees it
Aircraft operators, medical crews, ground ambulance partners and receiving hospitals involved in your mission; our email delivery provider; and our database and hosting providers. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a mission are deleted within twelve months. Completed missions are retained for the period required by aviation and medical record-keeping rules.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to sallymgaloblishvili@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies required for it to work, including the session cookie used by our administration area. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below.
