About us
BookAirAmb was formed by flight operations specialists and medical transport professionals who spent years arranging repatriations for hospitals, insurers and families. The recurring problem was never the aircraft — it was the hours lost between the first phone call and a confirmed plan.
So we built the company around the coordination layer: a permanently staffed dispatch desk, pre-negotiated aircraft availability across regions, medical crews on standby, and ground ambulance partners in the cities we fly to most.
Today we handle scheduled repatriations, urgent hospital-to-hospital transfers, organ and medical-team transport, and medical escorts on commercial airlines.
