Moving a patient between two clinics is a clinical process, not just a flight. We manage both ends.
The hardest part of an inter-hospital transfer is rarely the aircraft — it is securing the receiving hospital's acceptance, agreeing the handover time, and making sure the medical documentation travels with the patient in a form the receiving team can use.
Our coordinators speak directly to both medical teams, agree the transfer window, and build the flight around it so that the patient leaves one intensive-care bed and arrives in another with continuous monitoring in between.

We collect the current medical file from the sending hospital.

The receiving hospital confirms acceptance and a bed.

A transfer window is agreed between both teams.

The flight and the two ground ambulances are scheduled to that window.

Handover is documented and signed at the destination.
