Services
The patient never becomes someone else's problem in between. One team owns the entire chain.
A bed-to-bed mission begins at the patient's bedside and ends at the bedside of the receiving ward. Every link — ward to ambulance, ambulance to aircraft, aircraft to ambulance, ambulance to ward — is planned, timed and staffed by the same coordination team.
This is the format we recommend for critical patients, for elderly patients travelling alone, and for any route where a missed connection would mean hours on a stretcher in a terminal.
- 1
Timeline built backwards from the receiving ward's admission slot.
- 2
Ground ambulances booked to match the flight, with buffer time.
- 3
Medical crew meets the patient at the departure bedside.
- 4
Continuous care through every transfer point.
- 5
Handover completed at the destination bedside.
